Cory Svette is 29 years old and is employed as an Opera Vocalist for the Cleveland Opera, Professional Cantor for Westlake Church of the Redeemer, a private voice coach, piano teacher and as the Choir Director of Sharon’s Signers.  He is the son of our late founder, Sharon Svette.  He graduated from Lorain Admiral King High School in 2009.  He earned a Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance from Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music in 2014.  He’s been involved with sign choir from its inception, helping his mother.  He took over as director in September of 2016 after his mother suddenly passed away.  In addition to directing, he’s performed in several shows including Wicked, The Wizard of Oz, Frozen, Polar Express, Fairy Tale Theater, and Beauty and the Beast.  Cory enjoys directing sign choir, we are both his friends and extended family.  In his free time Cory enjoys drawing, painting, singing and writing music.
